Business Empowerment Coach
As a Business Empowerment Coach, you will work closely with business owners to guide them through the transformative journey of building and scaling their online businesses. You’ll leverage the principles of The Scaler’s System to help clients align their passions with their business goals, create actionable success plans, and achieve measurable results.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business coaching, consulting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, online business models, and scaling strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential.
Passion for helping others succeed in their business ventures.
Duties:
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to develop personalized business -strategies.
Assist clients in creating and executing scalable business plans.
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Deliver presentations on various aspects of online business growth.
Collaborate with the Relax N Love team to continuously improve coaching programs.
Daily KPIs:
Number of coaching sessions conducted.
Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
Progress and success rate of clients’ business goals.
Engagement in team meetings and collaborative projects.
Software Support Agent
As a Software Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the high-tech systems, tools, and software provided by Relax N Love. You’ll ensure that our clients have the technical support they need to build and maintain a strong online presence efficiently.
Qualifications:
Strong technical background with experience in website builders, funnel creation, automation software, and other digital tools.
Experience in running ads on social media, google, and networking sites.
Experience in the backend of social media platforms and networking sites.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Experience in customer support or technical assistance roles.
Passion for helping clients overcome technical challenges and succeed in their business endeavors.
Duties
Provide technical support and guidance to clients using our software solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to website and funnel builders, automation tools, and other digital platforms.
Assist clients in setting up and optimizing their online business systems.
Stay updated on the latest software developments and tools to better serve our clients.
Collaborate with the coaching team to integrate software solutions into the client’s business strategy.
Daily KPIs:
Number of software onboarding training completed.
Number of support tickets resolved.
Client satisfaction with technical support.
